The Full Story
About
NextWave Projects Group is a vertically integrated real estate development and investment firm focused on building high-performance residential communities while designing long-term systems for restoration. We structure every project, from luxury townhomes to creative acquisition, to generate strong returns and lasting community value.

Mission
To develop real estate assets that not only generate strong returns, but also advance Kingdom-based entrepreneurship, building communities that reflect both economic strength and generational purpose.
Vision
To set a new industry standard where real estate builds more than equity, it builds ecosystems of ownership, dignity, and generational impact.

Our Story
We didn’t start with capital—we started with conviction.

As a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in business development, strategic operations, and real estate, we launched NextWave Projects Group to reimagine what real estate could do.

From the beginning, our goal was to bridge two realities: the demand for high-yield, strategically developed real estate—and the need for scalable housing models that restore dignity in underserved communities.

Today, we’re building both—cash flowing properties designed for strong investor returns, and long-term community initiatives that create lasting change.

For us, this isn’t just about property. It’s about stewardship, legacy, and building systems that serve everyone involved.

Our Development Model
Two Tracks. One Purpose.
For-Profit Development
Long-Term Restoration
Ground-up, lifestyle-centric properties that generate strong returns (e.g., The Ardent Collection)
Controlled execution, high IRR, JV & equity-backed deals
Future-focused systems to restore underserved communities through housing, energy, food, and opportunity (e.g., The Nehemiah Project)
Self-funded over time through profits—scalable across markets
Vertically integrated process from land to lease
5 Pillars: Housing, Workforce Training, Solar Infrastructure, Modular Builds, Food Security
We use today’s returns to fund tomorrow’s restoration.
